If you would like to book your very own custom portrait with me, please follow the information below. Here are the options I offer for my custom portrait commissions, created in pastel pencils or oil painting. I ship worldwide. My process is really simple.

•  Choose a photo of your pet, preferably close up, clear, and well lit if possible. Send me your photo and size choice and let me know if there is a specific date your portrait is needed by.

• Each portrait takes 2-3 weeks depending on size. It is best to book in advance if you require your portrait to be completed for a certain date as my wait list for commissions vary throughout the year. Please note that a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

• When your portrait is complete and you are 100% satisfied with the final artwork the remaining 50% balance will be paid and your portrait will be shipped to you.

Are you ready to get a custom original artwork that you and your loved ones can cherish forever? First we must ensure you have a reference photo for me to work from (or an idea of what you’re looking for to be able to source any necessary reference images)

Photos can be taken with a smartphone as long as it’s focused with appropriate lighting. Natural lighting is best, I normally edit photos prior to working on themﾠto update colouring and ensure appropriate levels of dark/light for the drawing. Try to avoid low light, subjects in motion, cropping, or at odd levels (above or below your subjects that could skew the perspective–unlessﾠthis is the aesthetic you’re going for in the piece)ﾠ

If you are having trouble choosing a reference picture of your pet then please feel free to send me a selection and we can discuss together which would be good for creating your custom pet portrait. SECURINGﾠ YOUR BOOKING

ﾠTo secure your booking, I will send an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit to your email address, payment can be made via bank transfer, only in Spain or PayPal is the only option for the rest of the countries. Once the payment has been made, the commission is booked in for you from my next available date. I often get booked up months in advance, so if you have a special date in mind, I recommend you book as early as possible.

TIMELINE

The timeline for custom artwork can vary depending on the complexity of the drawing, the size, and the number of subjects. It can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months or more to complete, so please book with as much notice as possible.
